Orders & Shipping

How do I place an order? +

Browse our collection and add items to your cart. When ready, proceed to checkout where you'll enter your shipping information and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order? +

Please contact us at support@bambootcg.com as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if the order hasn't shipped yet.

To cancel an order, email us with your order number immediately. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

What is LetterTrackPro and should I use it? +

LetterTrackPro is a simple, affordable way to provide limited tracking updates for items sent through regular stamped First-Class Mail. It's perfect for low-cost shipments, such as trading cards under $20—where full USPS tracking isn't necessary or cost-effective.

Benefits for low-value cards:

  • Cheaper than upgrading to USPS Package Service
  • Provides basic proof of delivery for peace of mind
  • Helps reduce "item not received" claims
  • Ideal for cards worth less than $20

Important note: Since this is a basic tracking service, we cannot guarantee recovery of lost items. For higher-value shipments, we recommend USPS First-Class Package Service or Priority Mail with full tracking and insurance.

What should I do if my package is lost? +

If your package is delayed or lost:

Check tracking — Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to see the latest updates.

Wait a few extra days — Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Contact the carrier:

  • USPS: Call 1-800-275-8777 or visit USPS Missing Mail
  • UPS: Call 1-800-742-5877 or visit UPS Help Center

Reach out to us — If the carrier cannot locate your package, contact our support@bambootcg.com with your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Note: Carrier investigations typically take 7-10 business days for confirmation. Depending on the order value and shipping method, we may issue a replacement or refund while the investigation is ongoing.

How do I return an item? +

All sales are final. However, we may accept returns in the following cases:

  • Card received is significantly different from the description
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Card arrives damaged due to packaging failure

If a return is approved:

  • Contact us at support@bambootcg.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and issue
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
  • Items must be returned in the condition received
  • Refunds issued once item is received and inspected

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) after acceptance. Claims for carrier loss or damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Card Condition & Grading

What do the card condition grades mean? +

We use industry-standard grading to accurately describe card conditions. Here's what each grade means:

Near Mint (NM)
Little to no wear. Surfaces are clean, corners are sharp, and edges show minimal whitening. NM cards consistently sell for the highest raw prices.
Lightly Played (LP)
Minor edge whitening or small surface scratches. These cards remain desirable but typically sell for less than Near Mint copies.
Moderately Played (MP)
Noticeable wear including visible whitening, surface scuffs, or corner wear. Value drops significantly compared to NM and LP copies.
Heavily Played (HP)
Heavy edge wear, visible scratches, or corner wear. These are valued primarily for collection completion rather than condition.
Damaged (DMG)
Major flaws such as creases, bends, dents, or tears. Even rare cards lose most of their value when damaged.

Please note that listing photos are stock images and may not represent the exact card you'll receive. For questions about the specific condition of a card in our inventory, contact us at support@bambootcg.com and we'll be happy to provide actual photos or additional details.
