Once a package has been handed over to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier, all risk of loss or damage during transit passes to you, the buyer. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Damage occurring during transit (unless insurance was purchased)

  • Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier

  • Using a secure delivery location

  • Requiring a signature for delivery

  • Having the package held at a carrier facility for pickup

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

What to Do:

If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or was stolen after delivery, please contact us immediately at Support@BambooTCG.com. We will do our best to assist you, which may include:

  • Helping you file a claim with the carrier

  • Providing documentation for insurance claims

  • Working with you to find a resolution when possible

Carrier Claims:

Any claims for missing, damaged, or stolen shipments during transit must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide necessary documentation to support your claim.

Insurance Recommendations:

For high-value orders, we strongly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes:

  • Full tracking capabilities

  • Delivery signature confirmation

  • Insurance coverage

Insurance is available at checkout for an additional fee and can protect your purchase against loss or damage during shipping.

5. International Shipping

Customs and Import Responsibilities:

Customers ordering from outside the United States are solely responsible for:

  • All customs duties, taxes, and fees assessed by their country

Refused or Abandoned Orders:

If an international order is refused by customs, abandoned during customs clearance, or returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees, no refund will be issued. The customer remains responsible for the purchase price and any return shipping costs incurred.

6. Damaged Items

Inspecting Your Package:

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt if possible

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging

  • Open the package carefully and inspect the contents

Reporting Damage:

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at Support@BambooTCG.com within 3 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • A description of the damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a carrier claim or arranging a replacement.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Address Issues:

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed package:

  • You will be notified via email

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable

  • Reshipping will require payment of a new shipping fee

  • If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost and a restocking fee (if applicable)
