Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bamboo Cards & Collectibles (BambooTCG). Please read and understand this Refund and Return Policy before making a purchase. By placing an order on BambooTCG.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

General Policy:

Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

This policy applies to all products sold on BambooTCG.com, including but not limited to:

  • Trading card games (TCG) products

  • Sealed booster boxes, packs, and bundles

  • Single cards and collectibles

  • Accessories and supplies

  • Sale and clearance items

Why This Policy Exists:

Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, including concerns about product authenticity, pack searching, resealing, and maintaining product integrity, we maintain a strict all-sales-final policy to protect both our business and our customers.

2. Exceptions to the Final Sale Policy

While all sales are generally final, we may authorize returns or refunds in the following circumstances:

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product (an item that does not match what you ordered), you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

Defective Products

If a product is genuinely defective or materially different from what was advertised, we will review your case on an individual basis.

Important: All exceptions are handled at our sole discretion and require prior written authorization from BambooTCG. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

Timeframe:

You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery to report any issues with your order. Claims made after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

How to Report:

Contact us at Support@BambooTCG.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging (if damaged in transit)

Review Process:

Once we receive your claim:

  1. Our team will review the information and photos provided

  2. We will investigate the issue and determine eligibility

  3. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion

  4. You will receive written authorization if a return is approved

Resolution Options:

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Full replacement of the item

  • Partial refund or store credit

  • Full refund to your original payment method

4. Manufacturer-Sealed Products

Important Notice:

We sell manufacturer-sealed products and are not responsible for any imperfections or defects in the packaging or contents that are attributable to the manufacturer.

Examples of Manufacturer-Related Issues:

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Minor tears, punctures, or wrinkles in the plastic wrap or cellophane

  • Corner dents, dings, or creases on boxes

  • Scuffs, scratches, or other cosmetic flaws on packaging

  • Factory sealing inconsistencies

  • Print quality variations or misprints on packaging

  • Content variations that fall within manufacturer specifications

Why We Cannot Accept Returns for These Issues:

Since all items are packaged and sealed directly by the manufacturer, we have no control over these conditions and cannot guarantee pristine packaging. These minor imperfections do not affect the authenticity or contents of sealed products and are considered normal in the collectibles industry.

Collectible-Grade Products:

If you require pristine packaging for collectible or display purposes, please contact us before purchasing to inquire about the condition of specific items. We may be able to provide additional photos or information.

5. Shipping and Carrier Responsibility

Risk of Loss:

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and tracking shows delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages (porch theft)

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to carrier error

  • Damage that occurs during transit

Filing Claims:

Any claims for loss or damage during shipping must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide necessary documentation to assist you with carrier claims, but we cannot be held liable for carrier-related issues.

Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. Insurance options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

6. Return Process (If Approved)

If a return is authorized by us in writing, the following process applies:

Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition

  • All original packaging, wrapping, and accessories must be included

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving authorization

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item)

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

  • Provide us with tracking information once you ship your return

Refund Timeline

If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Important Notes

  • Restocking fees may apply at our discretion

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded

  • Items returned in opened, used, or damaged condition will not be refunded

7. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the following shipping costs are non-refundable:

  • Original outbound shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges (paid by customer)

  • Expedited or priority shipping upgrades

8. Sale Items and Promotions

Final Sale on Discounted Items:

All sale items, clearance products, and promotional bundles are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances except as required by law.

This includes:

  • Items marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or "Final Sale"

  • Bundle deals and special promotions

  • Discounted or reduced-price products

  • Limited-time offers

Sale items are sold "as-is" and all sales are strictly final.

9. Refund Status and Follow-Up

Checking Your Refund Status:

If you have been approved for a refund and have not received it within the expected timeframe (5-10 business days after we receive your return):

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company - refunds can sometimes take additional time to post to your account

  2. Check with your payment provider (PayPal, etc.) - processing times vary

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds for:

  • Items returned with missing components or packaging

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

  • Items returned significantly after the authorized return window

10. Fraudulent Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Returning different items than what was purchased

  • Returning opened sealed products

  • Claiming false damage or defects

  • Repeated return abuse

Accounts found engaging in fraudulent return activity may be permanently banned from making future purchases.

11. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:

In limited cases, we may be able to cancel an order before it ships. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at Support@BambooTCG.com with your order number. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are handled at our sole discretion.

After Shipment:

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The standard return policy applies if you wish to return the item after delivery (subject to approval).

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable state or federal consumer protection laws. If you believe you have a legal right to a refund or return that conflicts with this policy, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
